With the debit card you can make purchases at all participating merchants or make cash withdrawals at all designated ATM machines. The Visa debit card is offered to members with no fees attached so that you will have the peace of mind to use it whenever and wherever you like. Visa debit cards… it’s the card that works like a check. West Penn P&P Federal Credit Union Debit/Credit cards can be used at any ATM Machine. If the ATM has a Money Pass or CU$ logo, these ATM Machines will not charge a fee for a withdrawal. Click on the CU$ and find an ATM Machine in your area.

Interactive Voice Response System
Anytime access to your account. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The teller that never sleeps. You can handle your Credit Union transactions, when you want, where you want, with this new voice response technology. Any touch-tone phone becomes your Branch office to handle all your Credit Union transactions. With Interactive voice response you can:
- Check your share, checking, and loan balances.
- Review your checking account for cleared checks.
- Transfer money from shares to checking, shares to loan or checking to loan.
- Request a withdrawal.
- Listen to the latest dividend, CD, and loan interest rates.
Transactions can only be done on your account, no transfers to other accounts are allowed.
Check withdrawals requested are mailed directly to your home address, or can be picked up at your Credit Union.
Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is available for Social Security checks, pension checks, payroll or any other government check. With Direct Deposit your funds will be sent electronically and deposited to your credit union checking or savings account the day of receipt. A convenient and safe way to have deposits on loan payments made.
Payroll Deduction
A painless way to get into the saving habit. Through participating companies, an amount you set is taken from your paycheck and placed in your desired account. Loan payments may also be made with payroll deduction.
Internet Home Banking and Bill Payer
You can access your account by logging on to www.westppfcu.com through “Account Access”. You can Transfer funds from shares to shares, shares to share drafts, shares to loan, view balances and history information. Pay bills instead of writing a check, have the system do it for you. All members must sign up for this service to be able to access it.
