{"id":37,"date":"2024-12-01T17:24:44","date_gmt":"2024-12-01T17:24:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/westppfcu.com\/wordpress1\/?page_id=37"},"modified":"2024-12-01T17:24:44","modified_gmt":"2024-12-01T17:24:44","slug":"account-access","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/westppfcu.com\/wordpress1\/account-access\/","title":{"rendered":"Account Access"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following disclosures pertain to online account access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/westppfcu.com\/aad.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Account Access Disclosure<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/westppfcu.com\/bpd.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bill Paying Disclosure<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/westppfcu.com\/esd.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">E-Statement Disclosure<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/westppfcu.com\/mba.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mobile Banking Agreement<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/westppfcu.com\/rdd.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Remote Deposit Disclosure<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please Note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daily Deadline for Check deposit.&nbsp;The Credit Union\u2019s daily approval process for all checks deposited will be 3:00 PM Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, this is the cut-off time for all deposits.&nbsp;Any deposit after that time will be processed the following business day the credit union is opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following can not be deposited with mobile remote deposit<br>Unacceptable Deposits. I understand and agree that I am not permitted to deposit the following items using the Services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>West Penn P&amp;P FCU Check Drawn on the Same West Penn P&amp;P FCU Account \u2013 The deposit of a check that is drawn from and deposited to the same accountholder\u2019s account at West Penn P&amp;P FCU is PROHIBITED. Deposits of this nature may result in the immediate revocation of Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-Negotiable Items \u2013 The deposit of any item stamped with a \u201cnon-negotiable\u201d watermark is PROHIBITED Deposits of this nature may result in the immediate revocation of Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Altered Checks \u2013 An altered check is any check that contains evidence of a change (correction fluid, crossed out amounts, etc.) to Information on the face of the check. Members with altered checks MUST get a replacement check from the maker before West Penn P&amp;P FCU will accept the deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foreign Checks \u2013 A foreign check is any check that is issued to you by a financial institution in another country (Canada, France, etc.). Foreign checks may ONLY be deposited by mail. I must remit all foreign checks to West Penn P&amp;P FCU\u00a0P.O. Box 398, Beaver, PA 15009.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Savings Bonds \u2013 Savings bonds are not accepted through remote deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incomplete Items \u2013 An incomplete item is any item that does not contain signatures of the maker, endorsement signatures, or is missing any of the Information required during key-entry in a Deposit Session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stale-Dated Checks \u2013 Certain checks contain instructions such as \u2018Void 90 days after issue date\u201d or \u201cMust be cashed within six months of issue date.\u2019 Members with stale- dated checks MUST get a replacement check from the maker before West Penn P&amp;P FCU will accept the deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>West Penn P&amp;P FCU Check Drawn on Personal Account (Business Accounts Only) \u2013 The deposit of a personal check that is drawn on the accountholder\u2019s personal checking at West Penn P&amp;P FCU is PROHIBITED. Deposits of this nature may result in the immediate revocation of Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third Party Checks \u2013 The deposit of a check that is made payable to a person who is not listed as an accountholder may result in the immediate revocation of Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Substitute Checks (IRD) \u2013 Substitute checks that are created as a reproduction of a digital image of an original check are not accepted through remote deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash- The deposit of cash PROHIBITED.
