To all members who have a Credit Card with West Penn P&P FCU, the Interest Rate will be increasing to 14.90%, effective September 1, 2025. We will continue to honor the 25-day grace period, to where if you payoff your card within 25 days, there will be no finance charge. Plus, all fees associated with the old contract will remain the same.

Return Payment fee: $25.00 or the amount required minimum payment, whichever is less. In the event a payment is returned in the same or in any of the six billing cycles following the initial violation, you will be charged $35.00 or the amount of the required minimum payment, whichever is less.

Card Replacement fee: $10.00

Document Copy Fee: $3.00

Emergency Card Replacement fee: $25.00

PIN Replacement fee: $5.00

Rush fee: $25.00

Statement Copy fee: $3.00

This is due to the rising cost of the card program.

The Supervisory Committee will be performing the 2025 Annual Audit of memberships Accounts. They are asking all members to review their June 30, 2025 West Penn P&P Federal Credit Union Bank statements for any errors. Also, for members who have a West Penn P&P Federal Credit Union Visa Credit Card to review their Credit Card Statements as of June 30, 2025, for any errors.
