Our main business
is making loans to members. Loans are granted for new and used autos,
education, home improvement, home equity, or for any worthwhile purpose.
Auto loans offer competitive rates and favorable terms. West Penn P&P
Federal Credit Union loans are paid through payroll deduction, by mail
or over the counter.
We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late
payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be
reflected in your credit report.

Visa Credit Cards
All Purpose Loans
for a Loan
Vehicle Loan: A closed-end
loan secured by the vehicle title, intended for the purchase of New
Automobiles, Vans, and trucks. These vehicles can not have been previously
registered. Prior year vehicles that meet the above criteria may be
refinanced as new (new interest rate and term), the credit union may
finance up to 100% of the purchase order price including tax.
Used Vehicle Loan: A closed-end
loan secured by the vehicle title, intended for the purchase of Automobiles,
Vans, and Trucks. The credit union will finance the purchase price or
may finance up to 100% of the retail value as listed in the
NADA Official Used Car Guide, whichever is less.
Certificate of Deposit
Secured Loan: A closed-end secured by the Certificate of deposit
held in the credit union. Loans shall be granted at a stated annual
rate above the face rate of the Certificate for a term not to exceed
the maturity of the Certificate.
Home Equity Loan: A
loan that is secured by a lien on Property and is closed-end or open-end.
Loan amounts will be based on a percentage of the property value, less
the mortgages against the property.
We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing
Law and the Credit Opportunity Act.
Visa Credit Cards: An open-end
credit card program with a low fixed 9.90% Annual Percentage Rate. West Penn P&P

Student Loans: West Penn P&P
FCU, in cooperation with the federal government and the
Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA), offer
loan programs that enable you, as a qualified student or parent, to
secure long term education loans under attractive conditions, whether
you are attending a post-secondary school now or you are planning to
do so in the future, student loans can be a big help to pay for the
costs of education. Contact the credit union for more information.
Other Loans: A closed-end loan for the purpose of Home Improvements,
Bill Consolidation, and for any other worthwhile purpose. These loans
are based on Collateral. For more information, contact the credit union.
Apply for a loan
This loan application is only used for installment loans, such as, New/Used
Vehicles, Home Improvement, Personal or any other type of loans. This
application can not be used for First Mortgages, Second Mortgages or
Home Equities, the member must contact the credit union for a different
application and instruction form.
NOTICE: IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism
and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial
institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies
each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account,
we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information
that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's
license or other identifying documents.
The notice above is for New Members who do not have a current account
with the credit union, this includes, joint owners, co-signers/co-borrowers.
All Member/Potential Members must be affiliated with West Penn P&P
FCU, via our groups or family members.
To apply for a loan, the member/potential member must first print out
the application, follow the instructions, then mail the application
with supporting documents back to the credit union. We ask that all
members/potential members, also, review our privacy notice before mailing
application. The credit union is not responsible for any lost mail.
Once we receive your application you will receive a phone call in regards
to your loan request.
